Mix 3-4 teaspoons of honey and some lemon juice in the bottom of a cup while you boil the kettle. Pour over the hot water, add the lemon slice and stir well to combine. Add another teaspoon of honey if you prefer it sweeter!!

Add a camomile or green tea bag, a pinch of cayenne pepper, or a slice of ginger for extra flavour <3
